I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms, but noise from the maids' quarters could be heard at times. The service was top-notch, among the best I've experienced during my travels. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the city center, and the dining options were varied and satisfying.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, located in a charming area close to the main plaza in Cuzco city. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for modern travelers. The service provided by Senor Rudy and Senor Jose was exceptional, making my honeymoon even more special with their attentiveness. The dining experience was delightful with a great selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor drawbacks.
